Clinical Supervision

Supervision that deepens your work as a clinician.

A thoughtful, relational space for therapists who want to grow — clinically, ethically, and as a whole person doing the work.

What supervision offers

The work behind the work.

An experienced clinical supervisor offers more than case consultation. The role is to help you slow down, think clearly about what is happening in the room, and stay connected to your own clinical intuition — while attending to ethics, scope of practice, and the wider system around your client.

In our sessions we look at the cases that are pulling on you, examine the relational dynamics (including transference and countertransference), refine your formulations, and pay attention to the parts of you that are activated by the work. Supervision is also a place to think about professional identity, boundaries, risk, documentation, and sustainable practice over the long arc of a career.

My approach is depth-oriented, trauma-informed, and parts-friendly. I supervise pre-licensed clinicians working toward independent licensure as well as licensed therapists looking for ongoing consultation.
